Build-Your-Own Support Plan
We offer a wide range of services to meet every type of business. You can add on any of these additional support options to your consulting plan.
Unlimited Salesforce Admin Support
Clients with unlimited Salesforce admin support will receive help with responding to tickets, creating new fields, modifying page layouts, creating declarative process automations, and troubleshooting issues and bugs.
Unlimited Business Analyst Support
Clients with unlimited business analyst support will receive assistance as they conduct discovery meetings, define requirements, design wireframes, and build more complex automations. Many groups will require this package to get started.
Developer Support
Almost all maintenance activities can be conducted by a Salesforce Administrator. However, if we need to maintain custom code in your environment or troubleshoot products installed in your environment, we may find it necessary to route tickets to a developer.

Advisor Meeting Frequency
Every client is assigned an Advisor who is knowledgeable about the nonprofit/association industry. You will meet regularly with them to receive updates on our work and for them to be able to gain institutional knowledge about your organization and for you to provide feedback. We find this add-on helps ensure that we are able to provide personalized advice that is truly valuable to you, and this guarantees that you have an advocate on our team to communicate work that should be prioritized.
Once per Month (Included)
Monthly advisor meetings are included in all support plans at no extra cost.
Twice per Month
Clients who desire more frequent check-ins, regular updates and feedback should select this option.
Once per Week
Clients who have more complex builds or desire as much consistent feedback as possible should select this option.
Twice per Week
Clients who are working on transformational projects or have extensive customization should select this option.
